Do people not go over these rental contracts with the landlords? I don't even have to drag mine out to know that I have to give a 30 day written notice.

You can not be arrested for this.

Numbers attached to your name may be shifted around, but those numbers are imaginary, they have no power unless you give it to them.

You are human, do not let these hideous parasites drain you dry.

If this complicates things for your "credit score", realize that credit and rent are subsidized slavery. You do not need things that you do not need.

There is food. There is water. There should be prosperity.

It's an underdog world strike.
