Default lawyer fees (moved from NYC forum)

I need to evict my tenants, and wanted to know if i should get a lawyer and if so about how much will it cost me

Eviction can be done by the Landlord or their lawyer, however, doesn't necessarily require a lawyer, just evidence of non payment, or repeated
violations of the lease, which would include letters of violations sent to the tenant, proof of non-compliance.

Check the local laws and statutes of the city, county, and state you live in. I know Texas laws, don't know where you are, but each state and locality is different.
The State laws are posted on the net. You can probably do it yourself and the web site will tell you the steps.
