Update: HE MOVED OUT FRIDAY!!! I had to change the lock though, because he never gave me the key back and he came by to "pick up some stuff out of the garage". I didn't believe that story, though, because there was a beer can in the bathroom downstairs. I don't think he would do this - but just in case he told me he was "moving out" and planned on crashing there during the day when I'm at work - he's going to get a nasty surprise when he tries to use the key.
