This is how it went down. He leered into the house and lingered by the front door so the tenant felt uncomfortable not letting him in. Then asked "Is that coffee I smell?" While chatting for an hour, he glanced at the wife's chest a few times. To avoid more uncomfortable meetings, the tenants dropped of the rent at the landlords house. Then after the tenant found out that he got in with the police, she found a pair of dirty panties missing. The husband got pissed and took it out on the doors and they left the house ASAP in fear of being stalked by the landlord.

Been in the rental game for many years in Arizona. Times have changed 1st time we had to evict someone on a month to month lease. Phoenix PD tell me they get several calls a week about tenants squatting in rentals the police show up and it's fairly obvious but PD has no legal jurisdiction unless they are technically trespassing or have warrants or something. Start eviction swiftly don't let a renter bully or harass you and in Arizona if you are renting a small house or guest house never do more than a month to month rental agreement . With a month to month on the 5th day you serve them a pay or leave notice and file your eviction with the court a good lawyer will have them out in no more then 10 days on your own it may take a bit more . Many independent landlords are seeing the market up tick as a good time to sell My husband and I are moving on Phoenix is no longer a friendly market......for the little guy landlord . Over all who really suffers " Renters" if they thought the little guy landlord was unfair just wait till the corporate big complex is all you have to rent from they will ride you all the way to the bank!
