Just a question if they have an eviction every year why did you let them rent from you

It's my mom's property.

She had her trustee (who is a licensed R.E. broker) do the lease purchase contract and the truestee never background checked them....had the trustee went online & just looked them up under criminal records on the county court site, the evictions were all right there for free....trustee will be out the door next.

My mom doesn't listen to me.
