Just curious to see what you get for your money...
690 a month and about $300 square feet(utilities included) . I'm between Boston and Providence. I needed something month to month so I took what I could get.
A house, little under 1000 square feet, 3 bedroom 1 bath on the central coast of California right next to a big nature preserve. I can hear the ocean from my backyard $1100 a month, no utilities included.
I pay $1.79 per sq ft/month to live in my apartment.
