Hi I am a landlord of a six family building in NYC. I am selling my building to a developer. He is going to knock it down and build "high end rentals". My problem is I have 5 rent subsidy tenants that I need to relocate. I have tried several Brokers and I am just getting the run around or they are just showing us the worst of the worst places you can think of. I need to find out if there is a master apartment vacancy list or a master landlord list that I can go to directly and end this nonsense that I am going through. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ???? Thanks.

P.S
Contact me at kyfrazier@gmail.com if you don't feel comfortable for what ever reason leaving the info on the blog.

Thanks

You may have to buy a building and relocate them... this is what one SF Developer did.

Housing Authorities often maintain lists of available units... What kind of incentives are you offering?
