Default Want to rent out my house= need managment company?

I want to hire a management company to rent out my house. Any recommendations?

I was thinking of Coldwell Banker, how do they compare to other large reality companies that manage rentals?

I don't want to deal with credit, background checks, payment, evicitions, maintence, security deposits....would rather find someone to do it for me!

Thanks!

If you are looking for specific recommendations for a specific location (I assume your home isn't changing locations), you would do well to post in that state/city forum. I have a wonderful property manager for the house we bought in TN, but I won't recommend him to you just as I wouldn't expect someone from California to give me a recommendation.

Thanks. I was thinking along the line of national companies and not tiny little local ones.

Even a national company has a local office. The one in East Chipper may be great, but the one in upper Doorstop might be really difficult to work with. Once again, even with Coldwell-Banker, it depends upon the local office.

I agree you should focus your inquiry on the specific location. But just FYI, my property manager is with our local Coldwell Banker and he's done a great job.

You are at the right address. I know a Coldwell banker who is doing a great job in property management

What city do you need the property management taken care off?
