So many things to do, so many things to see. Flexibility is the retirement game. That's what general retirement is all about. Sometimes I go to bed at 10 pm, sometime 3am, other times I nap. We travel a lot, different time zones, who cares we're retired and can do as we please. The only regimen we do regularly is take our medicine as required.

I guess I would say I stay on a set schedule, though it varies a little but very little on times I eat. I've been a Diabetic for so much of my life, so set times for eating and medications has been a way of life for decades.

Going to bed and getting up varies a little but I would not be one to be in bed at 9am. I usually go to bed between 11pm and 1130pm. I get up at 5am on the 3 days I work and about 7am on days off.

Now that I think of it I do alot of things on a set schedule. I go to the gym same time mid morning usually. I go to the store early sunday mornings to avoid weekend crowds. So I guess Im on a set schedule more than I realized.
