Yeah and while that person was working their income was even more than the income of those same families. Maybe education produces life long results as does purposeful decision making. The rewards and benefits along with the negative consequences of life decisions are often known when the decisions are made. Smoking is a perfect example of negative economic and health consequences yet people still do.
