What is your budget? I know many nice retirement communities in AZ but transportation is not the greatest here unless you are in downtown near the Light rail. So, do you like the city? Or are you more of a rural/suburban kind of gal? This may help others to answer your questions. I know Hawaii has awesome bus service but it is expensive.

Anywhere in Pa, preferably outside the city. We've been meaning to move to Hershey or nearby areas.

I would do a search on the top 100 retirement locations etc. on the internet. There are a few lists published each year. Then decide what factors they mention that are of importance to you and start your own search. For Fl I would look around the Ocala area. You might want to limit your search to towns that have large Universities. One reason is a better chance to have a hospital and some transportation. State College (Penn State) would be a good place to start looking in Pa.

We've just checked out Alden Place in Lebanon County, Pa. So far we're getting the impression that it's one of the best places to live in retirement in Pa.
