It's all about greed. No morals or decency anymore on the airwaves when it comes to most commercials especially the ED ones.
These ED drug companies are getting rich by selling something that helps put new flag poles on condemmed buildings.
They could care less if little 5 yr old Jeffy ask grandma what ED is.
I think they should all be banned from public TV.

Yes, the Viva Viagra commercial is stupid. Elvis is rolling in his grave.

The Cialis commercial with the disclaimer that if you have an erection for more than four hours to see a doctor is a hoot. Well, what's the doctor gonna do with it.

And I'm really not a fan of the "Always" maxi pad commericals and ads spouting that I should "Have a Happy Period" either. Who are they kidding! Anyone ever heard of a woman skipping down the street, singing "Zippety Doo Da" because she was on her period?

The closest thing to feeling happy during a woman's period is when she's loaded on Midol and there's a flaming spear stuck in everyone else's chest.
Obviously a guy wrote that one. Duh.

You heard that one about the little boys who went to the store and asked for some tampons. The clerk asked them what they needed them for. The oldest, about 7, said the commercials said you could swim with these and Billy can't swim!

I bought one of those new-fangled electronic things called a VCR. I fast forward through commercials. It's neat.

Are bathtubs required before or after using Cialis? And what do they have to do with four-hour erections?

Decades ago was told that as a MALE with a severe headache I should take a MIDOL tablet instead of an aspirin. Never tried it. Question is "does it work"? Steve

We dont get many TV stations, we get 2.

So far they rarely show these Ads.

Until February, then it all changes. By cutting transmitter power 90%, our entire township will be outside of any Tv transmitter range.

So no more Tv

LOL

And to top it off, we have to pay to watch television with Cable now. The cable companies must be raking all the money in. You just have to find the time to write to your congressman and complain, complain, complain. The one with the two people sitting in a bathtub really gets me. I guess it would be censored if they were both in the same tub? Ha. Ha. Guess the stuff does not work else they'd both be in the same tub.

I dont think that you can complain about what is on cable.

Cable is not public, you pay for cable.

We have no cable in this township. So I am not really familair with what is currently on cable.

More evidence of the rot in out culture! Money talks, and it buys a lot of free speech. They run this crap during programs at the dinner hour. Let's hope the FCC under Obama will addres this -- or we can do as he suggests, turn off the TV and tell the kids to do their homework. As for myself, I boycott PFIZER (maker of viagra), and any of their products that has a generic equivalent, I go for the generic.
