moderator interpose: transferred here because the manner in which the OP couched the opening post it really has no business in a local forum. If the OP wanted it to pertain to a specific area for discussion, he/she should explain why it pertains to the local area. The manner in which the opening post was presented does not invite specific discussion as the thread could drift all over the place ...as it has done will continue to do. Closed.
