I prefer "seasoned" citizen. Some of us are more seasoned than others.

On the matter at hand, a "senior" board would likely fill with people who could tend to forget why they're there.

From the General Forums page ... all the way at the bottom is the Administration Zone and About the Forum.

Or just use this link

And the modified name would just be more accurate and more inclusive. Now I wish I had included that as a third option in the poll (retaining one forum but re-naming it), which just illustrates how other people's viewpoints often help clarify our own thinking.
I'd vote for renaming. Thanks, great thread!

Excellent idea. I'm all for it.

I like it! "seasoned citizen" I've never liked the word "senior" for some reason and would never identify with it. It sounds so reserved and separate.

I don't feel particularly seasoned. And being visual thinker, all I can imagine is some older person covered with paprika or Italian seasoning.

This could be fun for us but not so much fun for those monitoring the thread, we will be off topic all the time. But I think we are a lot, anyway.

Just my opinion, but I do not like the term 'senior'.

Well, truth be known, usually I just refer to myself as an old fart or a geezer.
