There were some touchdowns in ND. Don't know how much damage, mostly trees I think. Our thunderstorm has passed here but there's still a beautiful electric storm in the clouds. We're still on a tornado watch though for another hour.

Got nearly a half inch of rain yesterday and last night. Very very nice after two months of no rain and over two weeks of 100 degrees plus.

Heading to the mountains today to play in the snow.

What the ? It rains here every single day? I thought I was still in AZ. This is more like Seattle.
Guess the rain totals here are double what Phoenix gets. I wasn't expecting this, but not complaining.

I think the weather is quite strange everywhere this year Barb. Our summer (so far) has been quite wet and we've had terrible flooding in some areas. Not normal. So don't despair...... this may not happen next year.

No, not traveling. Am at home in Prescott which is SO different from my past house in Chandler. I just didn't think it would rain so much here. Tonight I saw two HUGE brown snails in the garden. About the size of a peach pit. One even came out of his shell to say hello ! I never saw one of those before and I gently put him in a safe place where he wouldn't get stepped on.
