WHat I like about your app is the information is just between you and the app. So there's no reason to fudge or try to impress other readers, as sometimes happens on a public forum. Also, no trolls trying to undermine you, as also can happen on a public forum.

One of the values of life I have learned is that the background noise can remain in the background if you allow it to. Just move on and focus on your own self improvement and let the background chatter be just that. It is the road ahead of us that we have to navigate ourselves so prosper moving forward chatters. So moving forward it is a head to the beach day so hopefully the storms will be far and few between this week. My wife will probably drive so I can be on the old phone on the way down. That's good time to be on here there and everywhere on the net although it is lousy for accurate typing.

Dada Bing. I have a love affair with my app. Not just with what I am doing but planning things out and using data to do it. Sorta like retirement planning and crunching the numbers over and over. May be Nerdy but if the app fits use it.

We don't go to the gym; we go to the kitchen. People who go to the gym smell bad ; we smell good . Julia Childe smells good too .

We don't hesitate to shower after gym; we use underarm deodorant. People who worry about smelling bad don't do that. We smell good and we look good too. We don't do cheap shots. People who accuse others of smelling bad without first-hand knowledge are doing cheap shots.

So true! My Fitness Pal!!

Today has been difficult for me. Hubby brought home a fruit tart. Sugar cookie type crust, custard, fruit and a glaze on the fruit.

I absolutely love a good tart.

So I had a small piece with coffee. And now all I can think about is that tart in the fridge, lol!!!!

Sad that food can be so seductive!!!!

Public bathing facilities are notorious for fungal infections as well as worse. I have heard of people who were covered with sores as well as a result of spending time in gyms.

Stay out of these places; stay healthy.

And stay smelling nice. Suppurating sores smell bad.

I say we all stop bathing. I'm weary of the "boomer" label - we would be known as the stinkers

And it would lower our water bill and our electric bill (less hot water use).

I have always heard that Europeans do not necessarily bathe daily (just "spot" bathe). I don't know if that is true or not, but I have never noticed anyone in European countries being especially stinky, lol. They seem pretty well dressed to me, too (especially Italians - they do love to dress up!)
