I received a packet today from a realtor in NC and in it they recommend a Web site: theretirementhandbook.com that offered helpful info.

Most of the info deals with the Carolinas but some may also be helpful for all areas such as the section on preparing your house for sale.

Just checking in with a weather report from Philly: it was a balmy 54 F today.

Hope the frigid temperatures (teens and single digits) of last week do not return!

Someone on Facebook last week sent me this message: "Antartica called: they want their weather back!"

You might want to check out the weather section here and see the post about the Feb 4-5 upcoming storm that Cambium started. Does not look good for much of the northeast.

I'll try and make the most of this second balmy day before rain and snow return to this area.

Let winter ease on out and spring arrive on time in 58 more days.

Umbria thanks for the link! LOL Officer Clark, if I could send the polar vortex back I would fo it ASAP. It's a balmy 32F so far today. Dismal grey skies and snow moving in later.
