Oh, oh, changing subject but that is what chat is, isn't it. I have to update that today, for the first day in over a month, I had energy! My body mostly behaved itself & I was able to get laundry & much needed housecleaning done. Not certain why it's better;adding more probiatics, vitamin b complex & omega 3, but, that horrid month is behind me. Feels so good to feel good.

Curious what you do for probiotics. I'm on a fresh sauerkraut and kimchi kick (allergic to most dairy).

? I don't think about them, I have no "issues" so it's unlikely I'm deficient. I like full fat no-sugar-added yogurt but it's hard to find so isn't a regular part of my diet.
I eat healthily, i.e. emphasis on vegetables, and track my nutrient intake via MyFitnessPal. Probiotics isn't included but fiber is.
