Concerning Percocet. I don't recall having this nausea and lack of appetite with the last hip. And I am sure they gave me Percs then too. Strange. I don't want to flush it cause I might pollute the water system so ??? Should I go out on the street and try to sell it? Why would anyone want it? I don't get the advantage it has to druggies. So I called the nurse today about the pain and what to take. She said "You should be taking your Percoset." Lots of help there.

Nobody wants Perc now. Don't flush it, take it to the pharmacy, they will dospose of it. Maybe call your doc and ask for something else instead of it? Shoot for Tylenol 3.
Sometimes I hit up my adopted aunt for painkillers (for hubs' hip pain). Maybe someone you know needs them. I know this is frowned upon. Too bad, that's life.

Check and see if your community has an unused prescription drug turn in day. Mine does, twice a year. They safely dispose of them (I guess).
I can't take anything with Codeine and Tylenol 3 has it I think.
Yes, it does. BTW, I take codeine (codeine sulfate) all day every day and have for years now. Although I don't take it for pain relief, it creates a problem for when I do need something for pain. Even dilaudid does little for me these days.
