I called my brother in Nashville this morning & it was tee shirt weather but also tornado warnings. The weather is being very strange everywhere.

Can't believe it's almost Christmas. The checkout people looked totally exhausted.

Can't wait for after Christmas sales - looking for a GPS. Any suggestions??????

I will go to the proper forum so I don't get yelled at.

Merry Ho Ho
I thought the chat thread WAS the proper forum. It's nice to hear you are having a good time! Much better than the posts I accidentally read and think "It must suck to be you".

Clark Park and I have been having unseasonably warm weather. Other than two (?) days of "cold" we're in the high 60s and low 70s. Unfortunately, it looks as if we are going to have a week of rain. OTOH, I'm thrilled with the lower gas and electric bill. Life is good.

It's so warm here in New England we had the slider open today. Raining, which is good, as we planted new shrubs late in the fall. I think we must be getting PNW weather.

It has been cold and wet here for a few days. It's about 44 degrees right now. Sedona and the mountain are clouded over so can't tell if it's raining, snowing or what. For sure snow in Flagstaff and on the Rim. I just checked the temp. in the house...72 and no heat on.

Beautiful weather here in Texas...upper 70's during the day.
Looks like it's all gonna be over on Sunday though..high's only in the 50's for the next 10 days.

Been outside every day enjoying this weather while we have it.

Barn has been all cleaned out and rearranged.
Garage all cleaned out and rearranged.
Carport/workshop all cleaned out and rearranged.

Looks nice when it's all tidy and neat. Now I can spend the next year messing it up again as I only do an annual cleaning and putting back where it belongs.

Rain here too. Next week will be a year since we had our 'big snow'. That was so odd but so pretty! The good part was I was off work for three days and got to stay snug inside and watch it. lol

We had rain here yesterday. This morning, just a drizzle dragging its feet on its way eastward. Then dry until Christmas, when we get our next rain.

LOL at myself and you guys talking about the 50's - 60's being warm. It's 50's - 60's here, and I'm FREEZING!!!

(That's actually normal winter temps here, and I'm normally freezing all winter.)

We here in New England don't get much opportunity to gloat about our weather so this mild, non snowy weather is the time to brag. It's supposed to be 70 tomorrow, the day before Christmas!

Being of a certain age, I remember a warm Christmas here, just one. I think it was late 60s early 70s but I know it was so warm that my grandmother opened the front door wide to the admire the warmth and sunlight.

The driving will be safe, no spoiled Christmases due to bad weather. Hoooray! Hooray for mild Christmas weather to everyone else in the north who's enjoying it.
