So it's raining?

Is Miami generally this way in July? Does it improve in Aug/Sept?

Actually it is often 95% humidity early mornings. It is like this in June, July, August, September and much of October! Cold fronts just don't come down here in the summer and fall
Aug & Sep are brutal ...highs in the 90's daytime and above 75 at night. I am tired of this after 38 years here. The climate during about 6 months is debilitating..it saps my energy. When I am not at work I am mostly hibernating in my airconditioned home.

Santa Fe, NM 8:16 am 68 and 44% humidity. We had a good thunderstorm last night so it's humid this morning Glad it's cooler because I did my first bisque firing in my new kiln. It's at least a balmy 100 in my garage. It's suppose to get up 79 today.

I thought so! Beautiful country up there. I can see myself moving back to Payson someday. I loved it up there.

Looks like I will be spending "summers" in New Hampshire. My son and daughter-in-law gave notice to their current tenants to vacate their rental cottage by next May in preparation for my arrival. The cottage sits on a lake and is next door to the cottage occupied by my DS and DIL.

Although the cottage is habitable year round, it is not likely that I could tolerate New Hampshire winters. Thus, I anticipate I will become a snowbird.

I'm taking it one day at a time. Deep breath. Exhale.
