I've always had a severe problem with that. When I was appointed to a director's position at the university, I actually made a book with other administrator's faces/names and I would study it every night. Didn't help much. I remember the names of everyone's dogs, but not their kids. So for me, at leat, it is a matter of what is important to me and my anxiety level. Sometimes I think it might have something to do with some brain problem at the age when babies start to recognize their family members - or something. So don't feel badly.
