Default Health Insurance Seminars

Hello all,

I am looking for a good place to host seminars in the Dallas area on Nov 3rd about AARP and supplemental health insurance available through the United HealthCare Company, an AARP affliated health insurance company.

We have come to understand that many Hispanic Americans do not have good understanding of how supplemental insurance or Medicare supplemental insurance works. So we are going on a road show tour to spread the word.

The best venues are apartment complex for seniors or community organizations that cater to older folks. The type of senior residential communities I am interested in are ones that accommodate middle income Hispanic retirees whether they are Spanish speaking or not as we conduct the seminars in English as well as Spanish.

Does anyone have suggestions on where we can hold these seminars?

Thank you!
