This 88 year old woman still cuts a rug to a great old dancing tune. Notice she is wearing a Medic Alert necklace. She's gonna need it when she dislocates a hip!!

That's my kind of lady!

I've been finding reasons to dance throughout the day all my life, no reason to stop just because I'm getting old. In fact I dance around a lot more now that I'm retired--couldn't quite get away with dancing around the office, but who's to care if I do a little cha cha in my own kitchen? Hey, it's good exercise! Plus it adds a little whimsy to everyday tasks like doing dishes, getting the mail, carrying in groceries, etc.

Her dancing, as a weight-bearing form of exercise, makes it less likely she will dislocate her hip. Her quality of life (energy levels, etc.) is the better for it too.

Oh, she's sweet--and not fat either. The wonders of exercise.

I was referring to her wild and crazy hip action! She was really getting into it.

My fault for not looking at the video before responding. I can see your comment was just a clever and humorous one, which I took too seriously.

Smile Saw this a few months ago....

I sure hope I can still do that when I'm 88. My FIL was dancing 3 times a week until that age.
