Yeah, but that was all for someone else... to keep your job and pay raises... (I did that goal thing for jobs and didn't care for it that much, except being in sales, a lot of my performance didn't depend on a pay check - but the better I did, the more sales I made).

Does it make a difference if you make goals or plans for yourself? Aren't there things you'd like to do even if it's just for fun. I think at this point, our goals can be more about being able to become who we never were. If not now, when? Your thoughts?
