What is the ONE thing you want to do before you die and why? (married, grandma)

I know I would be homesick when it came time to go to bed. There is something very nice about sleeping in your own bed.

Both of my kids are up in the air about life, I would like to see them settled and happy before I die. I also want my parents to go first, not because they are controlling but because I know how much it would hurt them if I (or my brother) died.

Don't give up. Immerse yourself in doing the things you love to do. Your name suggests you love dogs. Perhaps volunteering at a rescue foundation will introduce you to men with similar interests who are caring and loving too. My grandparents were married over 75 years. They were very simple people who truly loved each other's company and enjoyed being together as well as their individual interests. Even their 90s their love for each other was evident as they enjoyed simple things like making lunch together and having friends and family stop by to visit. The small acts of kindness, care, and appreciation for each other in my eyes was a model of true love.

I'd like to go visit Ireland, Scotland and England. Other than that, I am looking to downsize and move to a modest community nearby where I can walk to a variety of places, especially a diner. I love going to the diner at 5 am, sitting at the counter, enjoying a good cup of coffee, and talking to the regulars.
