Often the quality of answers we get from our questions is the result of the quality of our question. If we aren't clear what we are asking can they be clearer in their answer?

I worked 39 years and at age 62 applied online. I was amazed that I never had any face to face contact with anyone at Social Security. I do everything I possibly can online anyway....everything went smooth with any questions they had being sent to me via snail mail.
