Retirement Planning | 5 Critical Retirement Planning Steps for Gay Couples

Although I am not part of a Gay couple. I do have friends and know many people that are gay. Ooooh I hate that term. Still I do not know a better name. Well anyway here is the opening line.

Itís important for every couple to make retirement planning a priority. However, if you are in a same-sex relationship it is especially important because of the complexity of issues that same-sex couples undertake. This advice is doubly true in states where same-sex marriage or civil unions are not recognized.

This is also good information for a hetero unmarried couple, too. Many people opt not to marry these days for a myriad of reasons, but still want their partner to have some say in the decision making or be able to inherit.
