1. You have the right to move your IRA account at any time, and as often as you like

2. You have the right to convert any or all of your traditional IRA to a Roth IRA at any time

9. Your have the right to do whatever you want with your retirement funds, after you distribute them

Similarly, you also have the right to make poor choices that will cost you and your loved ones valuable tax dollars

Yeah well it seemed that everyone else exercised that right. It don't matter. All of it was common sense stuff anyway. Still some people need to be reminded about things like that.
