all the long term care policies i have seen have a provision for notifying multiple people if a policy is in danger of lapsing. they assume you will not be competant enough on your own.

not sure why this didn't take place unless she didn't fill in any names.

My LTC Has a failure to pay option. We are able to designate a person or persons to be notified if our policy is in danger of lapsing due to late/ non payment.
