Everyone should be that lucky. I got to be married for twenty three years and eleven months--to the day. While I'd like to have someone special in my life, I don't think I'd remarry again, either.

Some people still believe that cohabitation without marriage is something that goes against their morals.

I am one of those people who think this is not wise for young people, and definitely not if children are involved, but most elderly singles are living as companions, and not much "sinning" is going on.

Do you really think most people over 60 have no sex life?

Can you imagine getting naked with a new person after 60?

It happens everyday, sometimes more than once a day.

Sure. At 65, I'm more comfortable with nudity - mine and others' - than I was in my 20s.

I met my husband when I was around 62 and he was 67. Previously I dated a very nice looking 73 year old man, a British lawyer who was handsome and fun and sophisticated. There are men who take care of themselves and look fine. A friend of mine is in her 70s, petite and blonde, and dates a man in his 80s who doesn't look it. He plays tennis and keeps fit. Not only can I imagine it......

Marriage is always dangerous. Once you're over 60, it's truly asking for tragedy to come to you.
