I am always in jeans and and an Old Navy pullover top. I have nice clothes but rarely wear them. I used to do KungFu and I was very thin. Since I stopped I have gained weight. I don't mind a few extra pounds but I don't want a round face. Since moving to Asheville, I have been walking up mountains. I think that might help me shed some pounds. Walking up a mountain is a lot harder than it looks.

That is just fine with me. I lived over 30 years in a big city. I loved it while I was there, but I love my small town in a different way. The people are so friendly here.
