Mine has COL and my wifes will when she retires.Mine went up about $100 a month.Over time it really is nice.Doesn't take care of the total cost but it is better than nothing.I also like that they divide all excess interest between retirees very january. Sometimes amounts to two extra checks a year;some time like the last 1/2 a check.
