my grand daughter is feb 29th. she was like mommy how come my birthday isn't on the calander ?

I went to school with a girl who was born on Feb 29th. Now I am 48 so she must be 12. She got the last laugh.

I have a friend who is February 29th. I asked when she celebrates on the off years, the 28th, or March 1st. She said, "Both!"
