About 20 years ago I put my ATM card in the machine in order to get cash and I could not recall my four-digit PIN which was not new and which I had used for years. I just could not recall it! Talk about shook up!

Something like that has happened to most of us, and ESPECIALLY when plugging in a password or PIN where we accidentally did not hit it correctly the 1st time....you get all flustered for sure! I am a "Military Dependent" and when someone asks me my own social for something, I just stare at them dumbfounded for a second because I am so use to spouting off my husbands social for all my "entitlements". LOL

Coconut oil is supposed to help memory. We use up to a tablespoon to scramble eggs in for breakfast. Lots of restaurants now use coconut oil for cooking.
