Methinks you are conflating the Medicare Part B increased premium with the subject matter of this thread.
This is why it gets confusing.

Well, the 2016 increase in Medicare Part B premium and the possible decrease in SSDI benefit has NOTHING whatsoever do with your Social Security Full Retirement Age Benefit.

So, you're good.

I think my fra will be at age 67. What confuses me are the papers the Judge signed which stated I should be eligible for SSDI until 2016. Maybe I read them wrong.

How long have you been on SSDI? Are you on Medicare as yet? 2016 isn't any relevant date that makes sense to me - except that it might be two years after onset of SSDI disability which is when those on SSDI not yet 65 would first be eligible for Medicare. Would that be 2016?

My accident was 4/12, and SSDI was awarded 10/14 which eliminated the 6 month wait period as it was pre-dated to the accident date. So I have been on Medicare since 10/14. This is where my questioning comes in. I do not know why the Judge stated 2016. This is all a mystery to me.

You better talk to SSDI people in your state on this. 2016 makes no sense to me. You might want to DM Lenora, as well. She knows a lot about SSDI and may be able to help.
