Isn't being a grandparent great? I love it and I know you do too.

After years of hearing and reading about Shake Shack it was dinner there yesterday and lunch today. Totally worth the rave reviews.

Read the daily newspaper obituaries and funeral notices as I do every morning with a strong cup of coffee (no sugar or cream added to ruin it) and noticed my name wasn't listed. I'm a blessed man today.

I just set the table for New Year's Dinner. And I set the huge coffee table for the hors d'oeuvres and bubbly. (It all looks fantastic, if I do say so myself.) I'm in charge of desert, my husband will be cooking dinner while I get ready for this evening and rest. I am so fortunate to have him in my life, and happy to have such good friends to ring in the new year. Happy New Year Everyone. Make it the best yet!!

I'm happy that I don't live in or near a big city like NYC. But the nearest Walmart and Home Depot is about a 15-min drive .... ok, I can live with that, it's not every day I have to go there.
Happy New Year to all on this forum.
