I'm talking about most of the time. Me, I take the stairs. There'll come a day and a time when it'll be elevator time for me but until then, I'm enjoying the stairs.

At my workplace building it is 4 floors with a very slow elevator...and yet I see people of all ages (well, usually 30 and up) who WAIT to take the elevator DOWN!

Me, I have a fitbit that tracks the flights of stairs I do each day. I always take the stairs and usually go up an extra floor or two on every trip. It adds up to 20-30 floors a day.

I do the Ginger Rogers dance down the stairs in high heels. Fred usually catches me at the bottom. (:

I prefer the stairs. If you stay healthy and strong there's no reason you can't use the stairs no matter how old you get.

I have acute asthma and Pulmonary Sarcoidosis. There's always a reason for everything. The body is willing but the lungs say "No you won't."

I have a vestibular disorder, so I always take the elevator. If no elevator, then I use the stairs because escalators trigger immediate dizziness.
