Thanks so much, moved and Littlelu. My neighborhood has had a lot of problems with mis-delivered mail for the past 5-6 weeks. I'm just hoping that no one else got my 1099.

If you think your ssa1099 was lost or stolen you can get a replacement.

Got mine this week. Got my pension 1099-R yesterday which comes from Oregon which was mailed Wednesday. To be on the safe side, I make my appointment with the AARP tax preparers in mid February. By then I know I will have everything I need. This year it's March 3rd. They fill up fast.

Thanks, Minervah. I'll go to the SS site tomorrow and hope I can print out a replacement 1099 then. And then the original will probably arrive in the mail on Tuesday.
