When I lived in MD I had a service for many years. They sent the same team each week. Occasionally there would be a substitute person or they would bring along someone who was in training. Each team had a leader who was responsible for checking the work of the others. Can't find that kind of service here in VT so I now have a small company where one person is the daughter-in-law of the owner and she brings someone else with her - not always the same person. They don't clean half as well as the service I used to have. Another advantage of the service is a 4-person team gets it done fast.

I got a new snow blower. She's pretty hot and I'm not sure she can handle the big jobs.
