I walked to and from work (two miles each way) so retirement didn't make a difference in commuting. However, we did move to another state and bought a house with a VA loan from their savings bank and we insured through them so they know we moved.
Let me guess...I'm going to guess that if you tell your insurance company that you're unemployed, they will raise your premium.
