Im putting in a pool this summer. We'll probably not bother with a swimsuit.

None of the options really apply to me. I have a swim suit but haven't been to a beach. Nor a pool. Had been thinking of putting one of them in but another year gone by. The area we want one doesn't exactly fit the model sizes in the stores I go to. Moderately proportioned I guess.

If I am wearing a swimsuit it is because I am somewhere either swimming or doing an aqua aerobics class (foot and ankle problems make that one of the better choices). I don't lounge around in a swimsuit (I am not really good at just lounging). If I am at the coast, I am generally wearing shorts and a tshirt because the water here is flipping freezing year-round and I am not doing much more than wading and walking along the beach.

I don't care that I am neither 20 nor model thin and I don't care that "your" delicate eyes might be offended by less than perfection.

Those of you who live near the water, do you wear a swimsuit to the beach? Are you comfortable doing so?
Yes .... check my profile pic.

You are very kind. I picked a photo that showed me in my best light. There are many that don't look so good. But, that's O.K. I'll be 57 soon and I plan to go out fit, healthy, and able. And maybe I'll get buried in my swimsuit.
