Visits from family (particularly grandkids or great grandkids); A day out occasionally for lunch or some other activity - even a ride somewhere.

By that age, it's no longer about products or services ... unless it perhaps involves reduced medical and RX costs.

Indeed. I seem to recall that there was an ancient legend about a goddess who asked that her human lover be given eternal life like herself. She forgot about eternal youth, and was stuck with a creature falling forevermore into increasing decrepitude.
