No, my son always knew I was crazy in a fun way On the other hand the only people who thought I was crazy in a negative way were the relatives that couldn't manipulate me or make me their whipping post, then suddenly I was crazy. Go figure!
One day after a mix-up with something, my son confided to me that his wife thinks I can be slightly potty at times. It's great having a British DIL, I didn't know to be offended right away.
DS, in the future, should learn not to share if he expects to live a long life. Or at least a happy one.
Looking at it from the opposite direction, my mother, now deceased, was always quite obviously crazy, even when I was a child. That never changed, although she did mellow somewhat in the last year or so of her life. She died at age 90.
I really don't care if my kids think I'm crazy. There is just some things I don't need to know LOLOLOL
