I do lock my doors at night but I certainly would not have to.
A few vacant houses broken into is the extent of crime here in the Ozarks of north Arkansas.

I need to get out more. LOL $300K and under is not inexpensive in my book.

very few nice lake homes are priced over $300,000 where I live.


I bought my nice house ( built in 96) with plenty of privacy, deer in the backyard, and a seasonal creek flowing near the back porch for $85,000.

Null set would have been a better choice than oxymoron. Let's get the math majors involved!

Consider all the National Lab sites, many are great for retirement, and very active, and interesting retirees. and weather and scenery is often decent too!
