Not to rain on anyone's parade...... but ........ I recently heard that someone in Trump's cabinet wants to put the kibosh on medical Maryjane.

I don't use it but don't see why anyone who wants to use it should be restricted from doing so.

Me? I'll have a bottle of beer, thanks. Just one does it for me.

Depending on which polls you read, the general level of support for medical marijuana is between 85-95%. My guess is that this will be something Sessions will back off of, probably as a result of Congress pressuring Trump to reign him in on this.

Oh, his cabinet wants to put the kibosh on anything the liberals have done. Trump?? I don't know what he is, but being led by his herd for sure.

At the same time, Republican rep Rand Paul and a bipartisan group of senators have just introduced a bill to protect the status of medical marijuana and end prohibition at the federal level.

Sessions needs to go. He is out of step with modern times. He is most comfortable riding a horse with his white sheets on...why do you think he would be progressive enough to support medical marijuana? The man is a joke.

Before you libel a man like that, remember, it was the other party that created that vile organization.

Really its all about greed and the government making sure their friends get the money. Screw those poor factory workers who have been out of work forever getting into small scale pot farming. Its disgusting.

Have any of you tried rubbing cannabis oil into painful areas? I just read about it yesterday. Wondering if it's effective.

Old school doctors will never agree that it would help. Just like medical doctors will not say you need to go to a chiropractor when you have your back out of place. They would rather give you pain pills because that is only solution they have short of surgery. Unfortunately, we cannot take everything a doctor tells you as gospel. We need to do you are own research and get second or third opinions.

I haven't tried oil although I still have a small vile of it that I received as a sample from a dispensary. To me, it's just too oily. Same goes for salves. A lotion with THC and a variety of soothing herbs works nicely for me to relieve aches and pains by rubbing or massaging it in. The brand I use seems to work fairly quick. Added bonuses are that it doesn't feel greasy or oily on the skin, doesn't leave any "wet" stains from soaking through clothes, and the herbal blend has a nice light refreshing scent, but not perfumey. You might want to wash your hands after applying it though.
