Not true. I lived less than a mile from the beach. The sand fleas loved the nice sandy soil too.

My pets have a monthly pill to get rid of fleas. Now if we had a human pill to get rid of sketters.....

... Now that I'm home a lot more, I find our neighbors' (more-than-one) boom-boom-boom, outdoor P-A systems especially irritating. I've hollered "turn that sh_t down" over the 7-foot fences more than once!

Ah ... the "joys" of living in an already-over-crowded area with no space between homes!
