Would your rather be able to go back 10 years in time and start living again from 2007 (knowing what you know now) or would you rather go forward in time 5 years if someone gave you $5M to do so?

I would not want to go through the past 10 years again. We lived a hell of poverty through the recession and lost everything.
Give up 5 years for a lot of money? Not that either. My time left is more valuable and my SO may not have 5 years left.
Guess I'm a dud, huh? LOL

Knowing what I know now, I would take the 5M and go back. I could make some killer investments and I would be a bajillionaire today!!!

Definitely the former, even without knowing the future. I dread the next five years.

Let's ask Steve Jobs that question....and he didn't need the money. time is the most valuable and irreplaceable commodity.

go back 10 years and sell my house right away. Rent for a few years and buy again. Then retire a couple years ago instead of next month.
