So sad to read. She truly was a brilliant woman who helped many on the forums.

There are some entries on the Miami obituary guest book. It would be nice if someone more articulate than myself could write a brief condolence that included our thanks for Robyn's valuable contributions to our forum. Her family might appreciate it. Heck, it was a public service and like getting free legal advice especially on dealing with Medicare, Medicaid, assisted living, and nursing homes.

I wrote this on the Legacy site for PVB:

"I am so sorry to hear of this. She was a well-spoken woman with a willing voice to many newcomers to the PVB area. She will be sorely missed in the Jacksonville online forum. "

It won't show up for 24 hours.

Yes, indeed, Robyn will be missed. I always valued her posts - and learned a lot as many have said. She and Bart had a great relationship. He has MS. He'll be missing her - a lot.

Exchanged many DMs with her over the years. I noticed her absence so would check her profile from time to time - she'd check in but didn't post. Her father was still alive last year at age 96 I believe - developed cancer - but it seemed under control. Thought her absence might be due to his death. I wonder if she outlived him?

RIP, Robyn. You were someone I was one day hoping to meet.

Very sorry to read about Robyn55's passing. She contributed a great deal of helpful information to this forum, and I always learned something from her posts. Condolences to her husband and friends.

Two prolific posters in the Retirement Forum died so young - what I consider young in this day and age - Riverbird at 67 or 68, and Robyn55 at 69.

Does anyone have access to Riverbird's obituary that they could post?

Thanks for posting Robyn55's two obituaries.
