Regarding correlations, .5 is a 50:50 result. A correlation of 1.00 is certain. 0.75 is a moderate correlation, not strong. We have heard from Pfau on rhis?

i don't know . been to busy to follow all these guys . it is actually a .79 correlation which is considered very strong

...yes..it is huge, especially for a single factor. We're talking economics here, not physics!

it is funny , because short time even michael says the pe/10 is useless as a predictor . but over 10 years it is amazingly accurate as to what you can do withdrawal rate wise based on those valuations .
